Love Salon Policies

We are so grateful you chose our salon. To ensure the best experience for every guest and to support our hardworking stylists, we kindly ask that you review our policies below. These guidelines help us protect your hair, your time, our team’s livelihood and they also allow us to continue to be in operation all of these years which is a true blessing! If you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to contact the salon directly and ask to for one of the owners we would be happy to speak with you.


Hair Service Guarantee

Your happiness matters to us.

If you are not fully satisfied with your haircut or hair color, please contact us within 1 week of your original service date. We are happy to make adjustments during that time frame based on:

  • The consultation and goals discussed with your stylist

  • The professional recommendations made for your hair

  • The boundaries of maintaining the health and integrity of your hair

Adjustments must align with the original agreed-upon service plan. While we cannot offer refunds on services, we are committed to working with you to ensure you love your hair.


24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the booked services.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Last-minute changes impact your stylist’s schedule and income, and this policy helps us fairly protect the time set aside just for you.


Large Service Deposits

For longer, specialty, or corrective services, we require:

  • A $50 deposit

  • A card on file

Large services include (but are not limited to):

  • Highlights

  • Smoothing treatments

  • Color corrections

  • Any service requiring extensive time

Deposit Terms:

  • Within 24 hours of your appointment: the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the 50% cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled, moved, or no-showed.

  • With more than 24 hours’ notice: the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment or refunded in full.


Credit Card Service Charge

At our Ambler location only, a 2.5% credit card processing fee is automatically added to credit card transactions.

There is no additional fee for cash payments.


Product Return Policy

We want you to love your home care products.

Retail products may be returned within one month of purchase for an exchange only toward a different product.

  • No refunds on retail purchases

  • Retail exchanges cannot be applied toward services

Products must be brought back to the salon to process the exchange.


Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards expire 4 years from the date of purchase.

  • Gift cards may be used for services and retail.

  • Gift cards cannot be used toward stylist gratuity.
