Product Return Policy:

Within 2 months of purchasing retail items you may exchange a product you were not happy with for a different product or store credit towards a future product purchase (not a service). We cannot offer payment in return for items purchased. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 2 months from date purchased.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or “no-show” you hurt the stylists ability to earn commission and fill that time slot with a client, we most likely turned away others clients for that time as well so that is lost revenue. If this happens you will not be able to schedule your next appointment without paying a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show again we will keep your deposit in order to pay the stylist.

Large Service Deposits:

Some services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking including but not limited to: bridal services, straightening treatments, color corrections and some fashion color services. This is refundable up to 24 hours (bridal services are different) before your appointment, after that the cancellation policy applies.
